bankruptcy counseling (intake form)
This Service has been temporarily suspended. *The MU Office for Financial Success is approved to issue certificates in compliance with the Bankruptcy Code for ALL judicial districts in the United States. Counseling is available via phone (573-882-9211), e-mail (financialsuccess@missouri.edu), and face-to-face. Complete the intake form to schedule an appointment. The fee for the counseling session is $50 ($60 if filing jointly). We can accept electronic payments via debit and credit card [as well as cash/money orders].

The bankruptcy counseling is required prior to filing - after filing [prior to discharge], there is a required educational course.
