Fee Schedule

STUDENTS.
MU students may use OFS services at no cost.


NON-STUDENTS.
Non-students wishing to use OFS services will be assessed fees on a sliding scale based upon a structure patterned after the Columbia Public Schools free and reduced price meals program. Individuals not eligible for a discount will be charged $40 per hour/session for counseling and planning clients will be charged $60 per hour/session.


BANKRUPTCY COUNSELING CLIENTS.
Clients contemplating bankruptcy are now required by law to meet with a financial counselor prior to filing. The counseling fee is $50 for the session ($60 if married filing jointly).

Services will not be refused because of an inability to pay. A limited number of scholarships will be available to those unable to pay.
